4/23/2024 - I have too many balls in the air right now so I'm going to take a little hiatus from swapping until things are more manageable. :)

Hi there! I’m Nicole and I’m 48 years old. I have two kids, two dogs, two cats, and one husband. We all live in famous Las Vegas. I’ve worked as a Court Clerk for the past 23 years and have less than two years before I retire. Hooray! I love to travel and I hope to go to a lot more places after retirement. I also love to read books and play video games. I read anywhere between 5 to 12 books a month and I like a little bit from all genres but sci-fi/fantasy are my favorites. As far as video games, I’m currently playing Dreamlight Valley which is a Disney game where you get to interact with Disney characters and do quests. I play Core Keeper, Stardew Valley, and sometimes Minecraft with my husband. I prefer cozy, low-stakes games. I love crafts and you'll often find me crocheting, knitting or sewing.

Although I’ve just recently discovered Swap-Bot, I’m not new to swapping. I’ve swapped crocheted items, friendship books, letters, postcards, and probably a few other things I’ve forgotten. I was looking to see where I could do a crocheted dishcloth swap which is how I found Swap-Bot. Although there are no dishcloth swaps, I’m so excited about all the other swaps I’ve found. I can’t wait to me you all and send you something!

My all-time favorite type of music is alternative/new wave, but I find I can fall in love with artists of every genre. I just recently discovered Lord Huron and I’m devouring all his music. Some of my favorite bands are The Cure, Depeche Mode, Jack’s Mannequin, The Smiths, and Oingo Boingo.

I read 5 to 12 books a month, I would be typing all night if I listed all my favorites. LOL. So here are just a few I've enjoyed lately. My favorite genre is Sci-Fi/Fantasy, but I read a little bit of everything.
