I am a mother with two boys and two cats. I love to create things- especially things inspired by nature. I am in awe of the beauty of the world. I try to see that beauty everyday as I enjoy the rhythm of the seasons. I have always used whatever I have on hand to create new things- I love the challenge as I grew up without many resources and learned early on to 'make do'. I also love to decorate and 'improve' my home, all by myself using creative methods to solve the many 'problems' of owning an old house. I'm enchanted with flowers and trees and gardens. I love all things old or well worn with a story to tell. I appreciate fine detail and attention to line and form and elegance (it comes from being a ballerina years ago). Lastly but most importantly, I love God and his Word- the scriptures. Such beauty!
