I am married to my highschool sweetheart, and we have 5 cats and a dog. I LOVE making art....specifically ATC's, chunky books, handmade journals, painting, cards and mixed media. I started creating about 5 years ago, and it started with a stamp and an ink pad. It has just grown from there! I started out making nothing but cards, then I started dabbling in handmade journals. My mom and her friend introduced me into the world of ATC's, sewing, fabric art and mixed media. I love collecting found objects and seeing what I can make with them!

I LOVE rock, 80's pop, hip hop, some country, and tons of 90's music!

I have really begun to love the Twilight Series!!! I don't have a favorite author....I buy tons of books at the thrift store and just read what looks good!

My favorite stamp companies are Unity Stamp CO, CTMY, SU, Hero Arts and Cornish Heritage Farms. I love using owls, birds, cupcakes, trees, houses, polka dots.

I love creating mixed media art, such as journals, fabric books, chunky books, canvas books, books made from envelopes and misc. found objects. Anything lying around can be used in art. Old books, ledgers, papers, etc are another favorite.

I love the colors pink, brown, olive green, turquoise and black. Most of my art contains these colors.

I am on a bird and owl kick! I can't get enough! I love anything that has to do with birds and owls!
