I am a thirty-something music teacher and part time art student. My ambition is to become a full time artist. I am married and live in the United Kingdom.

I enjoy many different types of music. My favourite classical artist is Maxim Vengerov - in my opinion the best violinist in the world! I like the jazz saxophonist Ed Calle and I have been a fan of Scritti Politti for years. I am also currently listening to Take That and George Michael.

I love books about creativity and the spirituality of creative pursuits. Particular favourites are Zen and the Art of Needlecraft and Zen and the Art of Knitting.

I like romantic comedies!

I enjoy watching Friends and Ugly Betty.

I spend my entire spare time doing art and crafts. I love creative embroidery, crochet, knitting, beadwork, cross stitch, painting, collage, coloured pencil painting and art journalling.
