I am a widow of 10 years, who lives in a beautiful little seaside town in Queensland, Australia. I have a little Maltese dog named "Minkie" who is going on 12 years old. Favourite Music I like rock music, and my favourites are "The Bee Gees". "Matchbox 20" "Live" and most of the older groups. Can't stand rap music or techno. Favourite Books I browse craft books and magazines, but rarely read non fiction books.I have read a few Stephen King and Dean Koontz books though. Favourite Movies I don't watch too many movies these days, but I like horror, drama and anything macabre. As far as television goes, I mainly watch documentaries and things to do with art and antiques etc, but having said that, I love the "Dexter"series. Favourite Crafts I like to do all sorts of crafts, but because I rarely finish anything large, I have begun making ATC's, inchies, twinchies and other small artworks. I really enjoy the designing of these works, and the fact that they are finished in an hour or two is really satisfying. I intend to try some fabric ones, with beading. Preferences As far as my preferences in art goes, I don't like old black and white photos, or any old nostalgic stuff, unless it is lace or fabric. I like modern, colourful art works, preferably based on nature, animals and sea life, oriental themes or basically anything post 70's, preferably bright and happy or horror themed. I also like Betty Boop, anime, goth and science fiction themes. I like all colours including black and white.
