I am stepping out into the unknown world of single parenting. I have two beautiful boys.
I am a granola girl with a cool edge, spontaneous and fun, but can be quite serious and thoughtful. I would choose the outdoors in the woods, rather than the urban life. I prefer the ocean over lakes, white wine over red, coffee over tea, arts over science and small intimate groups of friends to large crowds. I am a foody and photography fiend, and can't live without music. I sew, I knit, I bake, I cook, I am just generally crafty, preferring to express my creativity in things I make than in things I buy.

I love vintage and retro items and clothing, fabrics and accessories. I have a serious fabric, cool papers, and handpainted yarn addiction. I especially love the Japanese novelty import fabrics, Amy Butler, Heather Ross, Anna Maria Horner, and Heather Bailey . I love the ocean, nature and babies. I love flea markets and garage sales, and blogging.

My all time favourite movie is Garden State. I also love Princess Bride.
