Due to some personal reasons i will be taking a break from swap-bot for sometime. I am afraid i wont be doing justice or enjoying the whole process of sending swaps if i force myself to continue.

Hi,

Welcome to my profile and thanks for taking out the time to know about me.

Currently residing in the City of Pearls ( Hyderabad) in India, i work in the area of Human Resources.

Over the last few years, i have been deeply interested in leading my live more consciously and meaningfully Its called the ‘Art of Slow Living’. I also enjoy reading ( thrillers and non-fiction), digital journaling, travelling ( Non-Touristy places), discovering traditional vegetarian recipes and gardening.

I am also a big fan of beautiful words in the form of quotes & poems. I collect these in a separate file and keep reading them every now and then. They work as instant mood lifters.

I also love my little tea ritual of making my favourite cup of herbal tea and sipping it as if nothing else matters in that moment.

My word for 2024 is 'Recreate'. I aspire to focus on recreating myself better at work, in relationships, fitness etc. The goal is to be a better version of myself every day.

Comment: I understand that you are taking a break from swapping, but it's inconsiderate not to finish up the swaps that you're in before leaving. It's disappointing for those of us who didn't receive anything, especially knowing that you gladly received all of the swaps you signed up for while leaving your own swap partners empty handed. If I do ever receive something I will change my rating to a 3.

Response: Thankyou for asking. Yes, the monsoons have finally arrived with rains every alternate day. Its not very hot right now. Hopefully the weather becomes better soon.

Comment: Your Gardenia's look way different than ours here in the Southern USA. Leaves are similar but our flowers are huge and only one color. Thanks for sharing. I love seeing things from diff cultures.
Response: Interesting to hear that about Gardenia. Even few varieties of roses( esp the creeper types) grow differently in the US and UK than in India. Beauty of nature !

My favorite quote is about the season of Autumn/Fall - "The trees are about to show us how lovely it is to let dead things go."

I am not sure who said it, but I am sharing this quote because it is so important to me. I legally changed my name to Autumn after finding this quote as a symbol of recovering and healing from an abusive childhood and the family that named me.

I couldn’t choose between these two. Besides them being my favorites right now, both are in my Top Ten of all time. I love how different they are, yet both give me visceral reactions.

In the End by Black Veil Brides You can tell that Mötley Crüe and KISS were some of their biggest influences.

Head Over Heels by The Go-Go’s1984 and this video screams 80s — the hair, the clothes, the way Belinda dances. They played their own instruments and wrote their own songs.
