I'm a Mum of two beautiful little girls, (one baby and a toddler) who is just returning to work after maternity leave.
It's pretty girly at our house, and I love all things deep red and purple (for me), whilst the toddler looks great in moss green or red and the baby never leaves the house without something pink!
I like fossicking around in charity shops for hidden gems and bargains and subscibe to the reduce, reuse and recycle mantra.
When I'm not working or looking after the children, I divide my time between sewing, quilting and knitting. I'm trying to get more adventurous and design my own sewing and knitting patterns, and make a few things for me, but I love making new outfits and toys for the girls.
I'm always looking for more fabric for quilting or childrens clothes, thread, wool, buttons, ribbons, trims, zips, childrens toys and books. My latest projects are making fabric blocks and books, so cotton fabric with letters of the alphabet on it would be especially appreciated.
Right now, I'm reading a lot of Greame Base, Dr Suess, Lauren Child and Tony Ross (childrens authors), but when I have time I like Jeanette Winterson and Lionel Shriver. I recently laughed all the way through An Annonymous Lawyer.
I have found a few craft books inspirational, including those by Amy Karol

I love cakes and all things sweet, BUT as I live in Australia, please don't send any food. Customs laws do not permit sending any food, plant or animal materials to Australia, and your package will not be received.

Hi Karen. I was just checking in to see if your package (5-inch Fabric Charm Square Swap #6 (July)) yet. I can't remember how long the post office said it would take to reach you, but it was mailed on July 15th.
