Hello Everyone! I am a recent graduate with a Masters in Visual Anthropology, so basically I love to travel, meet people, and make documentary films. I live in Los Angeles and am originally from the Silicon Valley (northern California where Google and Apple are located) so it's a great place for the film industry. I love school and for the first time in many years I am not on a college campus, which makes me sad - boo! But I'm currently working at a media arts non-profit learning about grants, fundraising, and membership. I love learning about different cultures and am hoping to meet some interesting people through this site. Lets see..what else. I have 2 black cats, I love to read, and I like my coffee with more creamer than coffee. I'm a pescatarian (doesn't eat meat but fish is OK) and I like to make jewelry in my spare time. I like vintage jewelry particularly from the Victorian time period and enjoy going to my local flea markets. I love to travel and so far have been to: Japan, China, Thailand, India, Spain, Mexico, and the Carribean. In the US I have been to: Arizona, Texas, Louisiana, New York, Nevada, and Illinois.

I just got a Midori Travelers Notebook and was introduced to the wonderful community of crafters. I used to scrapbook when I was younger and have loved stickers and stationary for years! I am using my MTN for my calendar, bullet journal, and scrapbooking. Washi tape is a new addiction of mine and I don't have that much of it so I am really looking forward to some washi tape swaps!

I love Hello Kitty - pretty much anything with cats on it. I'm a total cat lady. I like things that represent traveling: tickets, trains, countries, cities, maps, the globe etc. I love things with bright colors and patterns. I love flowers and cute animals, anything kawaii. I prefer gold over silver.

As far as crafting goes I use stickers, washi tape, rubber stamps, craft paper, cute post-it notes, page flags

I don't like anything scary, horror, or with monsters. I don't really like dogs too much either (I'm much more of a cat lover). I don't eat meat, so anything with hamburger or meat food items I wouldn't like.
