Hi! I come from a small town in sunny California; I'm a single mother of a precious little girl, a dreamer, an artist, and self-proclaimed movie critic and absolutely, positively, imperfect!
My first PC Swap, and first swap ever, I recieved a postcard of a 1914 bodybuilder, who only had a piece of cloth draped over his privates. Though the PC was appreciated, it was a little offensive. So please, no offensive PC's. If you aren't sure if I'll find it offensive or not then don't send it, better to be safe right?
I do a lot of card making, so anything that you think could help there would be awesome... Need some examples? Okay! I use a lot of ribbon and I like to use a technique called dry embossing, if you have any dry embossing stencils laying around you aren't using, send it my way! I use a lot of stamps and ink. the kind of stamps I use have a vintage, elegant feel to them or have calligraphy lettering. Large scraps of fabric would be nice, dimensial floral stickers. I've been looking for some washi deco tape, too (preferably floral, striped, or solid color).
Postcards would be cool too, since I like to do PC swaps. Stickers....
I love movies, sometimes purely for the story, the action, sometimes for the art that goes along with it and sometimes for the whole package. My favorites include Star Wars (original trilogy), Monty Python and the Holy Grail (Absolutely hilarious), Robin Hood Men in Tights (even more hilarity), Waynes World ("Schawing!"), Aliens, Predator, Terminator 2, Sense and Sensibility, Little Women (The one with Winona Ryder), Singing in the Rain (Great music and great scenery), White Christmas (I could watch that movie year round). There are a lot more but I would be sitting here all day.
I don't have a lot of favorite shows and it seems I'm always watching TV! I love Foodnetwork, my favorites are Diners, Drive-ins and Dives, Ace of Cakes and Paula Dean. I do enjoy Sandra Lee's Semi-homemade cooking though. I love Glee. The music is fantastic and the drama and humor is extremely entertaining. Firefly, which only lasted a season and was then made into a movie, and I do enjoy the show House when I can catch it. Supernatural is also a great show.
