Hello, I'm a beginner quilter/patchworker from Australia. I am a mum of two grown up children, a girl and a boy and have a 4.5yo grandson. They all live in Queensland and I live in New South Wales. My first niece, also my god daughter got me into patchwork and I have only been sewing for about 18 months or so and love it. Matter of fact I don't like leaving my machine to go to work!!!

I really love any Elton John song, really like Pink, loved Carole King and Carly Simon and lots of old Aussie bands. Also like Lily Allen.

Any tear jerker nice movie. No scary movies for this girl. And any movie with Harrison Ford (gee he does it for me!!)

Got right into Law and Order and CSI after spending two weeks in America last year with my kids. Love Aussie movies, our home grown Home and Away, Grey's Anatomy, Two pints of lager and a packet of crisps, Little Britain.

Patchwork and quilting - although not so much a fan of quilting at the moment!!! I really love green (anything) fabric, but I guess I'm just a lover - I love it all. Probably blue is my least fav colour, I'm quite partial to yellow, pink, browns.
