About Me: I am 50 years old and still don’t know what I want to be when I grow up. I was Born and raised in Toronto Canada, now living in the California desert and LOVE it. (no more snow)! I live with my boyfriend, 4 dogs (most are rescues) and 4 cats…(also rescues). I love everything British, from candies, chocolate and crisps to British Television. I also have a soft spot for Paris or French anything. (One day I will learn to speak French). My home is VERY Eclectic and Colorful.

I Adore Paper from Washi to Magazines and Newspapers, especially Love FLOW Magazine..(one day hope to have a subscription to it), and Magazines and Newspapers from around the World.

My Canadian Roots show in my Love for Tim Hortons, Nanaimo Bars, Poutine and Canadian Cadburys Chocolates & Ketchup Chips. Of Course also LOVE British / Canadian Candies with my all-time Favorite being WINEGUMS & Sherbert Fountains. Would Love to try different Candies and Treats / Snacks from around the World. Recently discovered 3in1 coffee from Malaysia...would LOVE a packet of that if you happen to be from that area of the world.

Favorite movies: Out of Africa, Breakfast at Tiffany’s, Officer and a Gentleman, Midnight in Paris, French Kiss, Before Sunrise | Before Sunset | Before Midnight - (trilogy),

Books: I love anything that is Historical fiction or Biography. The most recent books I have enjoyed are: My Life in France (Julia Child), Cooking for Picasso, A Year of Living Danishly, What Women know about Love & Sex.

Food: Tea, Snacks from around the world sweet or savory, Donuts, REDBULL.!

Dislikes: Allergic to fragrance, Please no teacher stickers, Not a fan of Country Music, Not into Sports.

Favorite TV shows: Coronation Street! (have watched it since I was a kid) Miranda Kath & Kim (Australian Version) Escape to the Chateau (I am currently OBSESSED with this UK show), The Durrells.

Likes: Birds, Butterflies, Llamas and Goats. 50’s, 60’s, 70’s Kitsch, Roadside Attractions & Curiosities, Chubby Unicorns, Gnomes, Love Vintage Keys, Locks & Typewriters. Retro VW Vans, Beetles. Retro/Vintage Travel Trailers. The Beat Generation, , Jack Kerouac, Bukowski Poetry, Picasso, Van Gogh , Frida Khalo, SHAG-(the artist), Vintage Tea Party anything, (author Angel Adoree has several AMAZING vintage tea party books, love everything about them). Also enjoy the bohemian esthetic; the Junk Gypsys are a delight. Sunflowers, Daisies and Gerbera Daisies delight me. Creative Magazines, International newspapers and Mags. Would love to receive Tea/dish towels that have maps or calendars on them...Souvenir type Tea towels.
