Comment: Hello Inez and Marc, I see, there are two of you and so there are two recipes. I first of all want to extend my appreciation for your kind patience with me in getting the rating done for you for this swap. I have been slow, yet you have extended your very kind patience and for that I am very grateful. Both recipes sound YUMMY!!! I will have to say, however, that my eyes moved to the Smoothie recipe first because I am a big Smoothie consumer and when I saw "Sinful Tasting" you had me hooked. However, then I went and read over the String Bean recipe and saw "low fat and delicious" and I was hooked as well. By the time I got to the end of the card and saw "healthful but decadent" recipes I knew I couldn't loose with either recipe and so I know I will be trying both recipes and they will become regulars at my house. It is hard to believe we have almost finished this swap. Once we have completed Z, I am going to work on a special recipe book and then the cooking will begin.
