I'm a recent college graduate and a very happy newlywed. I love to read, bake, decorate, plan dinner parties, travel, play games with my husband, and shop. I have very large collections of tea cups, pots, spoons, etc. as well as a large collection of books - the antique ones are my favorites. Vintage and antique items always make me really excited!! I enjoy traveling and would like to spend a lot more time in Europe. France is particularly special to me because we spent our honeymoon there. I also, randomly, enjoy sheep since I grew up on a farm and miss having the big fluffy things around and I definitely miss my cat too (we're planning to get a giant flemish rabbit someday when we have a house). Having worked for landscapers and florists, I've developed an appreciation for gardening landscaping. Impressionist paintings make me smile. If I had extra free time, I would focus more on yoga, writing, and making my way of life more sustainable and socially just. God teaches me and causes me to love Him more everyday and I don't know where I would be without Him!
Jason Mraz, Josh Groban, Colbie Caillat, Michael Buble, Jack Johnson, Yann Tiersen, oldies, hymns, some pop/rock
European classics, mysteries, biographies, travel and historical novels, the Bible, cookbooks, and children's stories. My especial favorite authors are Dickens, Hardy, Jane Austen, Charlotte Bronte, Chaucer. I collect antique books, so the older the better. No trashy romance novels or grocery store type novels, please!
Amelie, Singin' in the Rain, The Ghostbreakers, The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 1 and 2, Shirley Temple Films, Audrey Hepburn films, Emma, Pride and Prejudice, Pretty in Pink, Never Been Kissed, Moulin Rouge, Peter Pan, Cinderella, Pirates of the Caribbean, Narnia, Love Actually, and lots of other chick flicks
I Love Lucy, Gilmore Girls, Friends, Beauty and the Geek, Martha Stewart, The Honeymooners
Decorating my apartment, sewing (aprons, pillows, and other small projects), knitting scarves, making cards, arranging flowers, anything that can be both useful and attractive
I would really love to be introduced to needle felting!
Green, white, red, and chai tea, dark chocolate, cherries, Vanilla Coke, hot chocolate, fresh fruits and vegetables, cheese, crackers
Kawaii, sports, country music, nuts, crassness, bad language, modern gothic/witchy stuff, THINGS THAT SMELL LIKE CIGARETTE SMOKE, the 1980's, the color orange, tomatoes, cartoon characters unless they're really old-school, skulls/punk rocker stuff, bath or body products with chemicals, parabens, etc.
Frida Kahlo freaks me out.
Back issues of Domino magazine, items from Europe, all-natural/organic products, fabric scraps, thrifted or handmade cloth dinner napkins (suitable for everyday use), antique books, aprons, vintage ephemera (okay, basically vintage anything), anything featuring birds, old-fashioned style calling cards, any pretty stationary, rooibos tea, those big swirly lollipops, glitter, fine-point pens, old black and white photos, funky yarn, matchboxes, whimsy jars
I make it a point to send my things on time (or pretty close to it) and to rate as soon as I receive a package. If for some reason you have not received a rating or a swap from me, please send me a message and I will get back to you immediately.

Hi, Kath - I am pretty sure I have rated all the cards I've received. I'll take a look through my wreath & make sure I didn't somehow miss rating yours. I'll get back to you in a bit...

Hi:
I just got the pkg for the Thrifted Ornament Swap that you angeled for me (on behalf of AuntieM). I love them, they remind me of some we had when I was a little girl. Thanks bunches for the ornaments and for being so kind and angeling this for me.
