About Me

I am an accountant, who likes to do some creative things on my free time. I like to knit and make handicrafts with my 8-year old doughter. Especially all kinds of paper and card making handicrafts are my favorite. That is why I like to make ATCs. My doughter likes purple and turquoise colours and Totoro characters and films. She likes to play football and other sports also.

This swap-bot hobby is also a good practise for my english writing and reading skills.

I also like to travel, but it is quite expensive, so with this ATC hobby the world can come to me, when I hopefully get cards from all over the world.

I live with my family in small finnish town eastern part of Finland. I like snow and christmas time, maybe because I was born in December.

My favorite colour is blue and I don`t like too much bling-bling or anything pink.

I try to do ATCs from recycled things, like newspapers, gift papers, food labels, tickets and that kind of stuff, so I don´t have to buy all materials from shop. I usually made ATC by the theme or I have nice idea, which I like to do. If it is suitable for the theme then I look up the profiles to whom I send the cards to. I usually do the card´s before the partners are signed up so please don´t be upset if I don`t do it just for you or the colours that you like. I have started to made many different versions of the same theme and I pick the best card and send it to you.

My favorite character

All Disney characters Moomin characters (they are made by finnish artist Tove Jansson). Historical characters like kings, queens etc. and other signifigant persons.

My favorite animals

I am allergic to most of the hairy animals so my favorite animals are reptiles. Lizards, but not snakes. I also like dogs.

Favorite Books

I collect books, especially by Mika Waltari´s first edition books. I like to read a history books and especially egyptian history. I also like to read about different cultures.

Favorite flower

My favorite flower is Iris, because I like blue and my doughter´s name is Iiris. I collect all kinds of Iris postcards and pictures of that flower at any colour.
