I am a Catholic mom to six wonderful babies. I converted just a year ago. I love to read. I have at least tried my hand at all things crafty, but I especially enjoy knitting, sewing, and baking. I love things that are vintage and things that are retro. My favorite color is blue and least favorite pink. My patron saint is Saint Anne.

I love historical fiction, classics, and Catholic apologetics. Some of my favorite authors are Janette Oke, Beverly Lewis, Scott Hahn, Laura Ingalls Wilder, Edgar Allen Poe, Shakespeare; the list goes on.

My husband lured me in with The Girl from Impanema, so bossa nova has become a favorite. But I grew up on both kinds of music: country and western. So I still have a great love for George Strait. I enjoy most everything, though, including classical, hard rock (thanks to my own little rock star), Latino, Gregorian chant, and Christian country and rock.
