~* UPDATE 13th July 2009*~

I am just not having a good year, ontop of my illness I have just found out that my gran has passed away. She lives in another state and because i am sick i am not allowed to go to the funeral because i am not allowed to fly with swine flu.

~* UPDATE 9th July 2009*~

I have been diagnosed with Swine Flu, all swaps will be sent out as soon as I am well enough to leave the house. At the moment I have trouble getting out of bed and walking across the hall to go to the toilet.

Please be paitent with me, I am not a Flaker and I will get these packages to everyone, it is just that it is a little difficult at the moment.

I am a country girl, that lives with my Boyfriend and My Little Cat Jack. I am currently studying Computer Programing and Computer Applications, but I study from home by correspondence.

I get sick a lot so it makes it difficult for me to leave the house sometimes. So to pass my time after study I love to keep myself busy, just to beat boredom.

I am Pagan and I practice Witchcraft, I respect all things in Nature and I respect the Natural order of life, and everything in it.

I am a step-mother to three devil children. They never listen to me and they frustrate me so much in the process. If there are any other step -parents out there that can give me a few tips on this then please let me know. The kids are 11 (and was on A Current Affair in Australia as one of the naughtiest kids in Australia), 5 and 3. I think maybe it's hard for me cause i don't have any children of my own.

I listen to most types of music, except for Heavy Metal and Classical. I do listen to New age and Pagan Music though. Mostly I listen to country, Pop, Rock especially 80's and early 90's Aussie Rock (think ACDC).

I like Dixie Chicks, Beyonce, Queen, Fleetwood Mac and Stevie Nicks, Dolly Parton, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera (sp?), and Duffy.

My Favourite songs are Edge of Seventeen by Stevie Nicks, Hurt by Christina Aguilera, Alone and Barracuda by Heart, and We've Got Tonight by Ronan Keating and Carry Me Home by James Blunt.

I like to read most things, from true stories to fiction. I am currently reading The Venetian Betrayal, By Steve Berry.

I have just finished reading Twilight, Full Moon, Eclipse and Breaking Dawn. I was hooked on these books that much that I read the last 3 in 2 weeks all together. I'm not obsessed with the movie like most people are, I think the movie does not do the book justice at all.

I love comedy, as well as thriller, and chick flicks. Anything really that can hold my attention.

My Favorite Movies are:

Actually this is a bit difficult considering I don't actually watch TV a lot. I do like to watch NCIS, Ghost Whisperer, Criminal Minds and Grey's Anatomy.

I used to watch Charmed when it was still on TV, Now I just watch the series over and over again on DVD.

I have lots of free time on my hands so I dabble in may different crafts. Knitting, Scrapbooking, Making ATC's, Photography (when the weather is good), plus many more.

My Favorite colors are red, black, silver, white, and grey.

My Favorite themes or things to craft about are Pirates, Supernatural Stuff (ie. witches, wizards, ghosts, cemetaries, vampires, fairies, elves, etc....), Victorian Era (not the cutesy stuff, the morbid side of it), Ancient History, Medieval History, actually any kind of history (except from WW1 onwards)

~ Update on themes that I Like (1st June 2009) ~ Gothic, steampunk, Emily the Strange, Jack the Ripper, William Shakespeare, Japan, Pagan symbols, macabre stuff, burlesque, gargoyles, castles, abandoned asylums, wolves, ok so thats about it I think.........

O.k so in the About Me Section I said I get sick a lot, to explain that a bit more I am a severe asthmatic that is mostly affected by the weather.

If the weather changes too quickly, like hot one day and cooler or cold the next then Bam! asthma attack for me. I almost always develop bronchitis and chest infections on a monthly basis.

Sometimes it is better for me to stay inside.

For future reference for any of my swap partners, I am allergic to ALL types of nuts both ground and tree nuts and i am also allergic to latex (so no balloons). Just thought this would be good to mention.
