I have come back to swap bot for some crafty fun. I live in Northern British Columbia Canada. I have two children, Nathan, 6 and McKenna, 4. I like to scrapbook and trying new crafty things! Since I never receive actual mail any more, except bills and junk mail, I thought it would be fun and interesting to see swap-bot had to offer. Who doesn't like getting goodies in the mail!

I like all kinds of crafts. I would love to learn how to knit one day. Me and a sewing machine don't really get along. I have recently discovered embossing, and using "foil tape" to make things. I do not really like those weird little food charm things, or cartoon character stuff, or really childish cutsie things, but whatever floats your boat I guess...I must say I do seem to be drawn to vintage and steampunk like things. i like altering different things, although sometimes it just doesn't work out the way I had hoped. I also like the distressed look, pretty much anything Tim holtz..

I like to read, my favorite types of books being those teeny bopper paranormal type books. I know, not exactly earth shattering reads, but when you have 2 little ones running/crawling around, you gotta go with quick and easy. I also read the occasional "mommy porn" I actually will read almost anything if its in front of me and I have time.

tea or coffee, or really any hot beverage. Anything too girly or real cutsie, cupcakes are for eating, not wearing...lol, Socks, I have big wide feet. So most times socks don't fit well...I do have 2 children who look cute in cute socks though, a girl almost a year old and a boy 2 and a half years old. Little kid stickers or realistic animal stickers, when it comes to animals I like cartoonie kinda stuff better.

I like owls, elephants and peacocks things I like fantasy images or items, witches and wizards, dragons I like pretty much any colour if done right, purple and dark blue are my favorites..peacock colours. I love receiving different kinds of metal embellishments or things (brads, pendants, charms 3d sticker things) Inks or stamppads, alcohol inks, reinkers ( I like to make my own glimmer mist-like things) Stamps, rubber, clear or cling mount. Embossing folders for my cuttlebug..oh and I am absolutely in LOVE with distress markers..
