Update 9/11/17 - I've returned from my two month long out of state vacation. Glad to be home and I'm currently going through my mail and will rate any swaps that need rating from before I left, that I received after I left.

Hi there! I'm Nina, in my 30s and from Michigan, but as of July 2016, I'm a Texan. I've been swapping since early 2011 after I started pen palling in March 2010. I find both things lovely hobbies and sometimes they are healing to me. I have generalized anxiety disorder and panic disorder and both of these hobbies have helped me get through some tough times. I am on the right meds now and I haven't had a panic attack since December 2014. I want to thank everyone who has been supportive and who has swapped with me, whether we know each other or not and all the pen pals I've had over the years for their kind words.
