I'm a super busy lady! I work 1 full time job and 3 part time jobs yet still find time to make lots of stuff. My full time job is working with adults with developmental disabilities. I think this is what I was meant to do in life. I love it. I love living in Madison, WI w/ my husband, Dave, our two cats, Ollie and Pumpkin and our dog, Sophie. I enjoy riding my bike whenever I can. I have a hard time getting my butt to the gym as much as I should though. I have an affinity for leopard print. I think mustaches are cool. Tea is my favorite drink. I don't drink coffee, but I'm a bear in the morning if I don't get my chocolate milk. My favorite colors are white, orange and brown. I'm learning ASL (American sign language) it's the only language I know other than american english. I think peonies are one of the most beautiful flowers ever.

I love love love Pavement and the Jicks. Other favorite bands include the Walkmen, Dirtbombs, Silver Jews, Tindersticks, Pulp, and Turbonegro.

I'm still obsessed with Lost. I'm very sad it's over. That's really the only show I watched with any consistency. Dexter is awesome- but I'm always one season behind. I don't have cable. Squidbillies is one of the funniest shows I've seen in my life.

I'm super duper allergic to eucalyptus, so please don't send me anything w/ eucalyptus (fresh, dried, oil, etc) in it! I really don't like stuff in anime style. Jut not for me. I am allergic to most wools. I can work with it, but I cannot wear it.

I like to needle felt, knit, sew, decoupage, collage, paint, poly clay, glass fusing, floral design (2 of my 4 jobs are in this field) and general craftiness. If I can get my hands on it I'll try making something.

I like books with a post apocalyptic theme. Zombie books are great too. Science fiction and horror are good themes for me.
