Some stuff I like that doesn't really fit into any other category: just about anything British, old-school tattoos, Converse sneakers, Dr. Pepper, cats, chocolate, cupcakes, Hello Kitty, Eddie Izzard, geek culture.

Stuff I'm not really crazy about: horror/gore, sports (particularly football), reality TV, and most fruit-flavored things.

The main crafts I do are knitting, crochet, beading/jewelry making, and some paper crafting.

Some of my favorite design elements: Vintage/retro, word art, mixed media, pop art, comics

Elements I'm not crazy about: Extreme sentimentality or cutesiness (kawaii cute is OK, but, like, cuddly teddy bears with inspirational sayings, not so much), pastel colors, bows, hearts, heavily patriotic themes/motifs.

Dead Poets Society, Almost Famous, Lost in Translation, High Fidelity, the original Star Wars trilogy, The Princess Bride, 10 Things I Hate About You, John Hughes '80s teen movies, The Cutting Edge, Strictly Ballroom, Xanadu, A Knight's Tale, The Last of the Mohicans, Zombieland, Shaun of the Dead, and classic movies starring James Dean, Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn, Cary Grant, Jimmy Stewart, Gene Kelly, etc.
