Hey peeps. My friend Arty (blakellipsis) turned me on to this site, so I figured I'd give it a shot. I'm Piper! I'm a loser queer kid looking for other loser queer kids. I kind of moved to the opposite side of the country on a whim and thought it would be nice to send/receive mail once in a while. I'm into cool kids cartoons because I am trash (Steven Universe is bomb, in case you were wondering).
I'm currently trying to complete my neuroscience bachelor's, so I think brains are really neat. I'm pretty about animals of all types too (there are SO MANY BLACK WIDOWS AND SNAILS IN LOS ANGELES THEY ARE SO COOL AH).
And...yeah. I guess that's it? I'm sorry I can't provide a better introduction...
I haven't had the chance to craft in a really long time, but I really enjoy sewing, painting miniatures, and decoupaging little boxes and shit. I also like writing and drawing, but I'm kind of pants at both, so I tend not to do those a lot...
The Mountain Goats, Amanda Palmer (ft. the Grand Theft Orchestra), Marilyn Manson, Disturbed, The Decemberists, Neutral Milk Hotel, Say Anything, Nifflas, Dessa, Incubus, Indigo Girls, Japandroids, Moe., Aesop Rock, Andrew Jackson Jihad, Cloud Cult, Daft Punk, Death Cab for Cutie, Flogging Molly, Frou Frou,
Is that enough? That's probably enough.
Steven Universe, Adventure Time, Over the Garden Wall, The Twilight Zone, Hannibal, Criminal Minds (though I haven't watched ANY of the newer seasons soooo), Orange is the New Black, Twin Peaks, Gravity Falls, Probably most things on the Food Network and HGTV
The Gemma Doyle trilogy (does it have an official name?) by Libba Bray; American Gods, Fragile Things, and The Sandman series by Neil Gaiman; Frankenstein by Mary Shelley; Beloved by Toni Morrison; Fullmetal Alchemist by Hiromu Arakawa; Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling; The Man Who Mistook His Wife for a Hat by Oliver Sacks; The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde; Another Day in the Frontal Lobe by Katrina Firlick; The Phantom Tollbooth by Norton Juster; The Wet Moon series by Sophie Campbell; what if? By Randal Munroe; One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest by Ken Kesey; I Want My Hat Back by Jon Klassen; most things by Holly Black, Augusten Burroughs, Kurt Vonnegut, and David Clement-Davies
