About me? Well, I am pretty easy-going and non-judgemental. I like quiet times, deep conversations and all things Bright and Beautiful (extra points to folks who know where that quote comes from).

I live with a lot of animals (both dogs & cats), so if you have allergies, I might not be the best person to swap with. No one in my home smokes. I don't care if you do.

I spend far too much time reading, thinking and doing art stuff.

I have participated is dozens of swaps (litterally!) over at Delphi and have never shorted anyone. I am looking forward to swapping with some of you.

I can't spell or type and my keyboard sticks, so forgive the mis-typings that will inhabit my posts.

I have a Flickr account and I update it when I can.

All my artwork is one-of-a-kind. I am far too lazy to repeat myself.

Oh gosh, New Age? Folk? Live music rather than recorded.

I do really like Enya and the Old Cat Stevens, Three Dog Night and Moody Blues, Anything by Rockmonimov. (sp?)

oh man, just about anything. Love how-tos. Lots of craft books. History, Biographies & some childrens books (love the illustrations).

In fiction, I like Mysteries and Thrillers, Scifi, Fantesy and History.

I am a movieholic. I don't watch mad-slashers or many comedies, but everything else is fair game. Love movies with twisty endings.

Favorite movies? hmmmm. Lion in Winter (1968 version), Harold & Maude, In and Out, the Usual Suspects, Bram Stoker's Dracula (the one with Gary Oldman), almost anything from Hollywood 30s or 40s.

My Medium of Choice is Polymer Clay, but I also do pen & ink, colored pencils, beading, and some hand-sewn embellishing.

Preferences:

I like hand drawn or painted. I love Zentangles, also love bright colors (I'm slightly color-blind and cannot see muted or muddy colors very well.)

I don't have a single favorite color, but (to quote Peter Max), I do have 10,000 favorite color combinations.

I am especially fond of small art, like miniatures, inchies, ATCs, etc.

Subject matter should be pretty much PG.

I am not often attracted to collage ATCs, though once in a while I have seen really good ones. Not into stickers unless they are used as an art element.

On the other hand, I love mosaics. Go figure.

I don't use ephemora & would prefer not to get any, or candy either. Thanks for the thought, but no thanks.
