I am a married mother of 2 wonderful children. Our son is 11 years old and in the 6th grade, he loves video games, swimming and Boy Scouts, our daughter is 21 years old and is following in her Daddy and Mama's footsteps and is on Active Duty in the Army. My husband and I both work full time and juggle our sons activities together in the evenings. I have only been scrap-booking for about 4 years and I am new to the swap community but I know how it works from friends! I am excited to participate in these swaps! I love to travel as most of my family lives in NY or FL. I have no family were I decided to settle down but I do have some great friends in the area.

I joined a book club last year and I am reading a new book each month which I love because I am not an avid reader. I love Tom Clancy at the moment. We read all genres of books in this book club because everyone gets to suggest books then we vote on them. It's a great time to gather with the ladies and have a glass of wine, discuss the book and enjoy a night out free of the children and hubbies! We all need some girl time!

THESE ARE SOME OF MY FAVORITE CRAFTS: I love to make cards; mainly Christmas cards but I make cards for all holidays.

I enjoy making scrapbook pages for my family members and for friends who I think will treasure them!

I LOVE EMBELLISHMENTS!!!! I love anything distressed as well!!! I'm not really into flowers really but they do add a certain beauty to pages and cards so I use them as well. I absolutely love anything Christmas themed and any kind of buttons!!!

I have a craft room at home where I spend a great deal of my off time whether crafting or working from home. I love it! It's my serenity.

Oh my....my favorite movies are: When a Man Loves a Woman Top Gun and any other sappy romantic movie! I love Downton Abby as well as Gilmore Girls and I'm so sad that the seasons are over but I have the movie packs so I can watch over and over...onto something new I suppose! Suggestions welcome!

I do not wish to receive any religious items. No offense to anyone or their individual beliefs but I feel like that's very personal.....sort of like politics.

I don't like flat stickers of any kind. I use raised or 3-D only. I don't really do animal themed anything so please no farm animal stuff.

Nothing that is junky or tattered.

We recently moved so our son would be in a better school district and I did miss sending my 2nd swap hence the rating of 1 and for that I am super sorry to the person I was supposed to swap with! That won't happen again if I can help it!!!!!
