NOTE: Due to craziness at work, I'm probably not going to be joining any new swaps, other than the Sin & Virtue series I'm running. Sadness! Also, I seem to be having some sort of weirdness with the mailbox at my office, as some things I've sent out at the end of October still haven't gotten to their destinations. I'm trying to contact all partners that might be effected by this, and am prepared to resend any swap that continues to be delayed. My apologies to everyone!

I joined Swap-Bot mostly to be able to send things out to others, and while getting stuff in return is wonderful, it's just not something that I absolutely have to have, which is why I'm always on the look-out for Angel opportunities. The worst I can say is no, right?

I live in a house with five other people, and I'm not always the one who gets to the mailbox first. Sometimes things for me get stuck into a corner and not noticed for weeks!

I'm a full-time employee taking college classes and karate in the off-spaces, but find myself more and more interested in finding more to see and do! I have one cat, while the house has four total, and I'll be getting two more in the spring. I'm a horror flick buff, a zombie fanatic, and I abhor any film designed to make you cry. Chick flicks are not for this chick! I'm also a rabid hockey fan, but ever since our ECHL team had to take a voluntary suspension, hockey games have been few and far between. Sadness!

Anything but country and bebop. Really, I'll take classical, alternative, bluegrass, deathmetal, techno, gangsta rap... It was shorter to tell you what I didn't like.

I'll read almost anything, though I find it tough slogging through most nonfiction and anything written in the 1st person. Most recently I've read The Princess Bride, the Twilight series, the Ravirn series, American Psycho, Zombie Surival Handbook, most of King's stuff, and a bunch of graphic novels. I'm all over the map here.

Saw I-V (Haven't seen VI), Hellraiser, Dawn of the Dead (Both versions), Resident Evil, Last of the Mohicans, Braveheart, Labyrinth, The Dark Crystal, lots and lots of movies

Firefly, X-Files, Chuck, Heroes, Big Bang Theory, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, True Blood, Kings, Deadwood, Primeval, Alias, Lost, American Gothic, Torchwood

Beading, knitting, crocheting, felting, cooking, cross-stitch, everything! There's not a whole lot that I wouldn't be interested in getting into, so even craft supplies that aren't related to the things I've listed would keep me entertained.

Incense, knives, dragons, unicorns, pirates, ninjas, magic (both tricks and ceremonial), balloons, tea, chocolate, spices, essential oils, shot glasses,Seven Deadly Sins, Russian, French, Canadian, Asian, Celtic, jasmine, lily of the valley. There's not a whole lot that I don't like.

Colors: Dark green, dark red, black, cream

I probably should have thought of putting this in before taking part in the Crockpot swap, but here goes! I don't eat beef, pork, or any other animal that runs around on four legs. Fish, seafood, poultry is all okay, but the other stuff makes my stomach all regurgitaty. I also really do not care for nuts or cilantro.

I'm also not terribly into cutesy or girly things.

I thought I'd list a few of my own personal policies when it comes to swaps, just to help everyone understand what they're getting into when working with me.

• I can only mail out International items on Friday or Saturday. I go straight to class after work Mon-Thur, and don't get out of class until after the Post Office closes. In an emergency I can take off early from work to ship, but I prefer not to do that too often.
• 
• I try to reply to all messages within 24 hours of having read it.
• I will always contact my fellow user before I rate a 3 or 1.
• I do give hearts, but I'm a little picky over it. I'm not likely to give one for an e-mail swap.
• I lean towards quality over quantity, in both what I send and what I receive. This means that while you might not get extras with a swap from me, you can be certain you're getting only the very best my abilities can provide you.

One cat that's officially mine, a black tuxedo female named Pepper; that would be her in the profile pic. Three cats that belong to other people in my house: A flame-point Himalayan female named Peaches, a blue tuxedo male named Maui, and a tortoiseshell male named Mr. Kat. Soon to add a male and a female Scottish Fold.

Occasionally I'll take part in a swap for those who aren't old enough to use Swap-Bot, and when I do, it will be on behalf of my youngest sister, who goes by the name Doodle and just turned 13 a couple of months ago. I'll always make it clear when Doodle is swapping, and Doodle will always be the one making/creating/sending things when I say it's Doodle doing so.
