Favorite Crafts

I love to swap. I make jewelry and charms, love making itty bitty books and chunky books. I try my hand at painting and love glitter! I've tried sewing and although I have much to learn, I do enjoy it. I have participated in a 6x6 art show for Oregon Crafted donating my art for their growth and both pieces sold!

Favorite Music

I enjoy all music...really I do. I love Van Halen and Cheryl Crow. I clean house to Frank Sinatra and Huey Lewis & the News. I played violin growing up and still have said violin...one day I will try to play again, well maybe! I dig Jazz and my brother plays the Blues.

Favorite Movies

My favorite is Sweet Home Alabama and I always enjoy Men in Black!

Favorite Television

I almost hate to admit it, but I do like to watch Survivor and Big Brother. NCIS is something I have to watch...I just love Mark Harmon. The Glades and Haven are two of my new faves and i hate to miss Modern family and How I Met Your Mother.

FYI

I am allergic to grapes and all berries! I notice that some people let you know what they'd like to receive and I love all types of artwork and am here for the art, so it's not necessary to send me extras if you're not into that.

Comment: I feel like I'm in 2nd grade with my decorated shoebox receiving all these valentines. Don't you just love using tissue paper for texture? I do! Going to steal your idea of putting a frame underneath the issue to add depth. I got two valentines from Veneta in this swap. I wonder if you know each other?

p.s., i know that you are super busy with your work schedule...but when you get a chance, could you fill out your profile page... that seems to be a big deal on swap-bot esp. cause peeps want to know who you're all about (likes and dislikes, that sort of thing).

to mahala's future swap partners: i can personally vouch for her awesomeness! she is a fab artist & swapper!!!!

so glad to have you here!!!! thanks for joining the home swap....it's kinda like the itty bitty one, but these will be different houses.

i was a little bit sad that i didn't get any takers in the IBB swap on fb or the sweet tag swap on flickr...so that's why i've turned to swap-bot, lol...to do some art swaps. it's not like our lil groups on fb or flickr...but that's ok. meeting new art pals is always a good thing!

i'm giving peeps a break from me, lol, on fb & flickr...but after the holidays in the new yr, i;ll start of the swaps there again!
