I'm a 25 year-old artist (waitress) living in the Chicago area---I love making things most of all but I also love to read, hike, swim, go to concerts, collect postcards, sew, go to the beach, bike, watch movies, and lots more.

Since reading is one of my favorite things to do, I've read a lot, but some of my top favorites are East of Eden, Extremely Loud Incredibly Close, God of Small Things, Cat's Cradle, The Wind-up Bird Chronicles, One Hundred Years of Solitude, LIght in August. I also love the Mutts comics, anything by Edward Gorey and the stories featuring Sherlock Holmes.
