I'm currently in college, my third semester. I was majoring in health sciences, but switched to visual arts, literature and communication. I still hope to one day become an astronaut (no jokes!) I'm really passionate about space, I went to Space Camp 4 or 5 times and I hope to work there this summer. I'm currently single, so there isn't any interesting information there. I'm also really dorky and into anything like that. I'm really into computers and gadgets and all that.
Colors: I basically like all colors, especially rich ones. (My room is a really nice green but I'm currently in the mists of changing it to a blue..and girly) Patterns: I really really love toile. Any color. I also like vintage black and white patterns. I guess I'm really into vintage looks, except the 70's. I also love tiny prints and cutesy things. Misc.: I also really like cute things, like those polymer clay vegetables with eyes, or donuts. oh, and I love resin crafts, so if you're a resin artist, I'd love to be your swap partner. Oh, and robots are adorable, and anything to do with technology. Or sushi. And I almost forgot someone really important: Tinkerbell. Love her.
My animals are a really big part of my like (not just because I'm practically changing and cleaning cages constantly). I have my wonderful dog, she's a yorkie. Her name is Jenna and she's 11 years old. (in puppy size she's about a XS-S) I also have a dwarf hamster: pudgy wudgy. There is a story behind his name: I originally had two dwarf hamsters and they were called Itsy and Bitsy. But one of them became really really fat, and her name didn't fit her anymore. So, the smaller one became Itsy Bitsy and the other Pudgy Wudgy. Unfortunately Itsy Bitsy passed away. I think that Pudgy Wudgy might be lonely. I also have a cockatiel. Her name is Percy (because when we originally got her we thought she was a boy...whoops) and she's yellow all over with bright orange cheeks. She's very vocal, but cannot talk. She likes to snuggle also, and torture my pup. In addition, I have two lizards: Spike and Lucy. Spike is a Cordilis Jonesi: basically a different kind of armadillo lizard. He got his name because he is spiky all over. Lucy is a rainbow lizard: she's really gorgeous! Finally, I have one hermit crab, unfortunately he's nameless, but I love him all the same. He lives in my mum's trifle bowl (she's not too happy about that)
I really love to sew, almost anything: quilts, clothes, dolls, stuffies. I also like baking and cooking. I've also een eorking on the same scrapbook for a while, and really want to finish it...I've recently been discovering stenciling and screen printing. My friends say I like to document my life in t-shirts, and it's true. Whenever there is an opportunity to make a new t-shirt, I do.
I'm the co-captain of my cheerleading squad. It's really a lot of fun. Our colors are navy blue, maroon and gold. I used to play basketball, but the team was too competitive in college. I still really love the sport though. I used to go to baseball games at least once a week, but we lost our Major League Team and therefore, no more games. That's something I really really miss. I also really love theater and performing. I'm currently taking a theater course at school and really enjoying it. If I wasn't in sciences I would for sure be in theater.
I really am a television fanatic: I love House, Friends, The Simpsons, Holmes on Homes (yeah, I know...) etc... I always have the T.V. on when I'm crafting, and I'm not ashamed!
I really love reading, just about anything. I go through just about every readable thing in the house: magazines, newspapers, novels, self-help books. Oh and I really love Harry Potter.
