I am a collaborative pianist in the Boston area who enjoys crafty hobbies like scrapbooking, knitting, painting, drawing, and making jewelry.

I am an avid lover of classical music, from Beethoven to Debussy to Cage; I also like to rock out to the Beatles and other classic rockers.

I read an eclectic assortment of books. I enjoy children's stories and the occasional work of fiction, from "Mathilda" to "The Time's Traveler's Wife" to "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy." Most of all I enjoy the Lord of the Rings trilogy, and the Chronicles of Narnia. And I admit, I'm a Harry Potter fanatic.

I enjoy anything in the comedy, drama, and action categories. I watch "Lord of the Rings" when I want a serious tale, "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" when I want to laugh and cry, and "Finding Nemo" when I need happy comfort.

I love anything with cats and fish! I have two bettas at home named Couperin and Quantz (two famous Baroque composers). I also just got a kitty from the animal shelter; her name is MK and she is a tortie and so cute!

I also like mythological creatures like unicorns and dragons. ("The Last Unicorn," anyone?) :)
