I am a homeschool mom of 3. I have been married for 22 years. I recently moved from New Hampshire to Virginia (Dec. '12).
I love crafts and there isn't much I haven't tried at least once. I sew, weave, spin, knit, and crochet. I dabble in beading and stamping, but not a whole lot. I also love to cook and bake and spend a lot of time trying out new recipes.
I prefer natural fabrics whenever possible. I like bright pastels, florals, jewel tones, stripes, ticking and vintage fabrics. I don't particularly care for batiks or anything country looking. I love fabric by Amy Butler and Tanya Whelan.
I listen to mostly contemporary Christian music. Rich Mullins, Steven Curtis Chapman, etc...
I love to read. Some of my favorite authors are Lori Wick, Karen Kingsbury, Debbie Macomber and Beverly Lewis.
I love teas, loose or in bags doesn't matter. I am especially fond of white teas. My all time favorite tea is Republic of Teas Ginger-Peach.
Coffee is always good. I prefer beans, but am not too picky. Any flavor, regular, decaf, again-doesn't matter. Not a big fan of Starbucks, though.
Chocolate-of course! Especially when accompanied by almonds. I don't like dark chocolate much.
I also love candied ginger. Kinda different I know, but I have stomach problems and the ginger really helps.
Shortbread, biscotti, jams, jellies, flavored honey---all good!
I am always open to other food gifts, you never know what treasures you might find.
Things I would love to have..... sewing items SHORT (4") sock knitting needles great yarns cool fabrics bookmarks recipes (can you ever have enough?) fun patterns (sewing, knitting, crocheting) cool bags
Whatever else you can think of!

My husband and I both love candied ginger - not so different but, yes, helps the stomach too.
