I'm a crafty fox living in Central Ontario. - that means North of Toronto and not in the city :)
I'm a little bit country, a little bit rock n roll!
I grew up on the East Coast and moved to Ontario in my teens. Met some AWESOME craft goddesses in college ( hiya @analog ). I embrace my roots and am a proud Canadian!
My mom taught me most of my crafty skills - I got a sewing machine for my 6th birthday. We used to spend days cross-stitching, sewing clothing for my dolls and cats, making playdoh, painting everything BUT the canvas. I know take up new hobbies without even a second thought. I always look at things and first say, "I can make that!" as I'm sure most of you do. And I usually go home and challenge myself.
Lately I've been taking full advantage of my time off work catching up on some great TV and crafting. I really love to wear my "mom" jeans, curled up on the couch with a blanket and either a GREAT cup of perk coffee or some steeped tea.
hmm... crocheting, loom-knitting, paper, photography, sewing, recontruction.
I love a lot of crafty things.
I like foreign candy, especially UK candy bars. Vintage clothes and fabric, wallets, hair clips, clip-on earrings. And my mom's old purses. Photographs from a time past.
reading: The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo

folk, folk rock, 50s 60s 70s rock n roll. and a good old 80s pop tune now and then.
I still love grunge rock and the 90s (doc martens and a flannel!)
and old musicals - South Pacific, West Side Story.
I wear glasses - and love them! I have semi-curly hair - I can't do much with it. I'm not a big fan of chocolate (shocking I know) I love caramels. I hate blueberries (enough to avoid anything looking or tasting like or printed with!) I like crocheting - though I'm new to it. (still adding to the list...)
