Hello! My name is Jéssica and I'm from Brazil. I'm an aspiring cinematographer and literature student living in the chaotic São Paulo. I'm here to meet new people and exchange experiences!

â–« Art! Literature, cinema and analog photography are surely my biggest interests. Almost everything related to them make me smile.

â–« I'm also a big fan of lomography and all the lo-fi photography revolution :)

â–« Tea and candies. I'm also addicted to coffee and its variations (such as cappuccino).

â–« I enjoy learning stuff about other places' culture and traditions. Their folklore, traditional clothing, cuisine... I'm also interested in other languages!

â–« Fashion. Oh yeah. I wish I could live in Milan for a couple months.

â–« Everything vintage & retro and 18th & 19th centuries related!

â–« Comics & animation, specially japanese (manga) and korean (manhwa) stuff.

â–« I don't know, for now I guess I enjoy everything I feel was made/sent with care and dedication. Nothing too generic.

â–« I think yellow (specially mustard yellow) is the ugliest color in the world, so please be careful with that, hahaha. Light yellow (almost cream or beige) is fine, though.

â–« COLOURS: Prussian blue, navy blue, teal, sea green, forest green, blood red, burgundy, tea rose.

â–« MOVIES: The Godfather trilogy, Where the Wild Things Are, Pixar's Up, Solaris (Andrei Tarkovsky version), Donnie Darko, Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?, Disney classics, Ghibli stuff, Lost in Translation & everything by Sofia Coppola, Alphaville & everything by Jean-Luc Godard.

â–« BOOKS: Harry Potter (J.K. Rowling), Oedipus the King (Sophocles), The Iliad (Homer), The Odissey (Homer), In Search of Lost Time (Marcel Proust), The Waves (Virginia Woolf), The Bell Jar (Sylvia Plath).

â–« ANIMALS: Fox, wolf, dinosaur, dog, elephant, deer, owl, rabbit, dinosaur, hedgehog, did I say dinosaur? Like, a triceratops or a t-rex?

I have a 6 years old niece called Mayana and a 2 years old nephew called Tales. I love them so freaking much, and even though I'm not their mother, I'd be really really happy to join some "Children's Items" swaps (mainly for Mayana, who's older).
