I am old enough to be considered a senior citizen. I like all kinds of crafts, sewing, piecing quilts, fiber arts and art in general. I like the color pink. Can't pass up buying a piece of fabric no matter what store I'm in. Have enough to do for three lifetimes. I love old sewing machines. I "rescue" them from thrift stores, bring them home, take them apart and clean them up. I give them away to people who want to learn how to sew. Just gave one to my grand-daughter. She was thrilled. I keep some of them that I just can't seem to part with.
southern country gospel, bluegrass and some country music, especially Vince Gill. Have just fallen in love with Andrea Bocelli.
Don't really care for watching movies but do enjoy reading informative and inspirational material.
Anything on HGTV and "Dog" the Bounty Hunter. I like "DOG" Can't believe this old lady said that.
I have tried most all crafts and like them all, just don't have time to get involved in all of them. Sewing and piecing quilts would probably be my favorite.
I like to keep busy so I won't "rust" over. I go to a nursing home once a month with a senior group and play piano. We entertain the residents with singing. I also do volunteer sewing with a group called "Threads of Love" We make preemie outfits to be used as burial garments for mothers who lose their babies. I can use any small pieces of ribbon, lace, pearls or tiny buttons. My latest volunteer project (as if I didn't have enough going on)is teaching English to a class of Hispanics. This is a ministry that our church has just recently started. I am really having fun with this class because that is my number one goal, to have fun with a very difficult and confusing language. Otherwise, it would be too boring to try to learn.

JoAnn, Thanks so much for the awesome stuff from the F.F. Spring Swap. I used the gloves today while planting my seeds, they fit perfectly! And of course the fabric fits also, doesn't all of it?!?! Hearts to you*** Glenna
