I'm an 18 year old British girl, who is impatiently waiting for September to start studying music at college. In the meantime I'm playing bass with my indie-pop band and penpalling as much as possible. I love letter writing and meeting new people, so I'm always happy to have new penpals.

My favourite colours are blue, purple and black. Right now I'm trying to redecorate my room using mostly blue, black and silver, and I'm excited to see how it turns out.

Random things that make me happy are coffee, herbal tea, socks, penguins, goldfish, good pens, mix CDs, Christmas, Halloween, cactii, the sea, cute erasers, pretty guitar picks, chocolate, scarves, gloves, general things that keep me warm, earrings, ladybirds, the night sky, and many more things which will be added when they come to me.

I will listen to anything once, and I tend to find something that I like about most music. Which helps, being a soon-to-be music student! I mostly listen to indie-pop and punk music though. The two bands I'm listening to on repeat right now are Alkaline Trio and REM.

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (not Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. Gene Wilder scares me!), Little Miss Sunshine, My Own Private Idaho, Pirates of the Caribbean, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Garden State, Big Fish, Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Sleepy Hollow, Goodbye, Lenin!....tons more. I love films!

Right now I spend way too much time watching mindless, embarrassing MTV shows. I also love Scrubs and The Simpsons.
