I am Sol. I am 30 years old. I have two boys, one is 3 and one is 1. I was born in Mexico and I have English and Lebanese ancestry. I live in a small town in South Tyrol. I am a grade school English teacher. I love painting, sewing, crocheting, photography and pottery. I am a sucker for pretty things.

Favorite Music

I like Pink Floyd, Pearl Jam, Beatles, Dire Straits, Tindersticks, Neil Young, Midnight oil, Jeff Buckley... I also love classical music, my favorites being Tchaikovskij, Schubert and Mozart.

Favorite Books

I love Russian literature, Dostoievskij above all, but my favorite novel is Barney's Version, by Mordecai Richler.

Favorite Movies

Jules et Jim, the 400 blows, Kill Bill, Gran Torino, 3 iron, Old Boy.

Favorite Television

We are a television-free home, but we do download and watch Lost religiously.

Favorite Crafts

I love sewing, painting, and letterpress printing. I also like to crochet, though I cannot knit to save my life. I also love being handy around the house, repurposing old things and I love DIY.
