My current ipod playlist includes: Paul Simon, John Hiatt, Spearhead, Manu Chao, Amadou and Miriam, Ben Harper and The Blind Boys of Alabama. Nothing beats raunchy rap or 80's rock for working out!

I don't watch much TV (no cable!) but I am a sucker for a make-over show!
