About Me

I knit whenever I can! I am married with a son 19, daughter 16, and 4 dogs. I belong to a Knitting Guild, a "for fun" knitting group, and a Charity Knitting Group.

Right now my favorite type of project is felted purses/bags. So 100% wool is good! I like pinks, purples, blues. Also some of the rust oranges too! I do not do novelty, eyelash yarns - as I have a stashful sitting here! I also like to knit socks - but of worsted weight yarn. Size 0 needles are too tiny for my hands! I also avoid acrylics as they are hard on my hands too. Unfortunately, I have a "nut" allergy.

Comment: Beautiful tea cup and saucer. Loved the yarn. I am a beginning knitter but tackled the pattern and was very surprised that I finished it in no time and it looked great. I am trying to find more yarn!!! Thanks so much for a great swap! You really outdid yourself.
