I am a Brazilian designer and total geek. I live with my husband, my five year old stepdaughter and my dog (a new baby coming in the future also). I love sewing, working with fabric in general, drawing and making friends. I hope joining swapbot will give me the opportunity to do all of those things. I also love movies, (me and my husband both work in the film industry), children's books (or anything related to children), comics and lying in the grass when it's sunny outside.

I love old movies from the 30's and 40's, western, noir, musicals or comedies. I also love amercian directors from the 70's and 80's. My favorites: Howard hawks, Kubrick, Hitchcock, Sergio Leone, John Ford, Truffaut, Visconti, Tim Burton, Joe Dante, John Landis, Wes Anderson, Woody Allen, and anything with Bogart in it. My husband loves classic horror movies and my stepdaughter loves anything about princess or barbies. I also love discovering different things from different parts of the world.

Fitzgerald, Italo Calvino, Jane Austen, Stephen King. I love children's books, fables, and fantasy. From Alice in Wonderland to Harry Potter.

anything that involves working with fabric, sewing clothes, dolls, patchwork, embroidery, etc. I also like drawing and am getting starting on knitting and crochet.
