Comment: I only received half of the required items for this swap, so I am rating a 3; Its been over a month since your original message on 4-6-13 ,that you were sending the shipment in 2 different envelopes, to which I responded advising that is fine. I then messaged you on 4/30 to advise I received one envelope and not the other, to which you replied, also on 4/30, that you were re-sending the memo sheets. I will re-rate if the other half of the swap is ever received.
