Hi, I am an Aussie girl, married with 3 kids. A daughter 8 years, and 2 sons, 4 and 6. I am craft mad, and have been since I could hold scissors. I have passed this on to my kids! We live on the NSW Central Coast, 1 hour North of Sydney, where we have sun, sand and surf! We have a gorgeous 1 year old Staffy x boxer, and a cheeky (and noisy) Cockatiel. My favourite colours are blue and yellow. I am not really into pastels. I am interested in anything Irish or Scottish due to family connections, and love history - particularly the Medieval period, ancient Egypt, and 1800's to early 1900's. I love tactile items - I try to make my cards full of texture or interactive. I never make more than one of a card, which appeals to my friends who all buy their cards from me! My kids play soccer and basketball, so items related to those always welcome. Skate boarding and surfing are also popular. I can always use things that are kid related, as there are plenty of kids cards to make. I would love any embellishments, stickers, rub ons etc... as I like to have a good variety on hand.

My favourite music would be Jamiroquai and Pink, but I also like Billy Joel, Eurythmics, Midnight Oil, Robbie Williams and most Aussie bands. I also appreciate classical, Jazz, and swing.

Patricia Cornwall, Kathy Riechs and Dan Brown are fantastic! I love Marian Keyes, Monica McInerney and Cathy Kelly, and also enjoy the classics such as Jane Austen and the Bronte sisters. Harry Potter series (I'll read anything I can get my hands on!)

Comedy, comedy, comedy! Adam Sandler, Steve Martin, Ben Stiller, Hugh Grant, Goldie Hawn, all funny. Aussie movies are great - like The Castle and The Nugget. I am also hooked on the 80's brat pack movies. Shrek series. Star Wars

Grey's Anatomy, Friends, Desperate Housewives, Cold Feet, Will and Grace, The Riches,any Law and Order, JAG, anything legal or forensic. Cannot stand Home and Away and Neighbours - What were we thinking? Cross stitch, quilling, stamping, card making, crochet, paper tole, the odd scrapbook page - I'll try anything, much to my husbands horror. My dream is to own a craft supply distribution company.
