Comment: Sad to have to give this rating, but here's why: Partners were assigned on 12/17/2012. Swap mailing deadline was 1/6/2013. Swap was not marked as mailed so I sent CraftyEnergetic a PM on 1/9 inquiring. I received a response back on 1/12 saying that CE hadn't "had the time" to mail it, but would send it no later than 1/14. On 1/16, the swap was still not marked as mailed so I touched base again. CE said it had been sent, just hadn't been marked as sent yet. As of 1/19, nothing has reached me. (We are both in the USA.) ** CraftyEnergetic, I will happily rerate as soon as I receive your swap.

You sent me the card with a joy sicker on the back and a Christmas tree on the card and a wish bead bracelet instruction sheet sorry it took so long for me to rate it, I must have missed it, I have been trying to go through all my cards now that I'm home from the dorms finally haha. my mother had to scan each cad for me so I could rate while I was at school.
