Comment: Thank you for the postcard from Amish country! I went there once almost 40 years ago. I was with one of my friends, but we had to fly there and rent a car and get a room for a few nights. I never got back there. Maybe someday!
Response: Amish country is beautiful! However, it is getting populated with retail properties like Target, Walmart, CVS, outlet stores and the like. It still has beautiful country side and Amish Folk but not as much as it used to. Glad you enjoyed your stay 40 yrs ago.

Comment: Melissa I got my stuff and think you did a wonderful job. I hope however got the one I made likes it I don't think it was as nice as yours though I did just get started in this. I have been crocheting a lot this winter then my hands and fingers started bothering me so I decided to take a break and get back into postcards which is the site I found out about swap-bots. My son's moving to another state Wednesday . I'm going to miss him though I do have two other boy's ones a teenager and the oldest is in his 25. I don't expect him to leave but at some point it would not surprise me if the younger one does. N

Comment: Haaaa I love the skeleton prop photo. Hilarious. If your son doesn't like costumes, would he like "name tags"? Like khakis and a red polo shirt, now he works the TV dept at Target. Or blue with khakis, handing out candy near a DVD/VHS stand filled with $5 or less movies: he's an employee of a defunct rental shop. Those rental shops are totally haunted! (He can also give away the cheap movies if someone doesn't want candy, of course. There's always a kid who knows they can't have any but they wanna trick or treat anyways.)

I love that you thought of a coin. I used a small piece from a diecutting set, but I never even thought of the coin idea! Thank you so much for sharing your creation with me.
Response: Thanks so much! I was going to fix it, but like I said one day my grandson and I gathered everything that we needed and started to design the pages. So, I wanted to leave it alone.

I like your page, we’re on holidays, not quite in Barbados😂, but it’s still very hot where we are, the tandem bike reminds me of our double canoe that we did a small round of the canals in yesterday. 🥰 You can hire tandem bikes here too, but actually yesterday I saw a tandem bike that was side by side not one in front of the other. They look funny and I can’t imagine what it would feel like, have you ever ridden one? The page looks summery and I like the patterns you used. Thanks, hope you’re in the next swaps too. ☺️

I have never ridden a tandem bike but I would love to try. I don't know that my husband would have the patience because I am sure it would take a few tries! Have a great time!

I was born in '75 so I listened to 80's 90's. My daughter was born in the early 90's so I have exposure for 2000's. So I have a very eclectic choice in music!

I used to work in child care so I could feel the frustration with your second story. And your third story actually made me laugh! Kids say the darndest things!
