Comment: Just Received it - looks like a reallly nice package, however it was sent very late with at first no communication.
Response: This is a unjustified rating. First it was a type 2 swap and I sent you a hand made butterfly mobile with a hand made shaker envelope with glitter tag peacock feathers rare chicken feathers and stickers. Secondly it wasn't supposed to be opened until December 25th and third I emailed you in the first place informing you that the scale was broken at the post office. I'm sorry it was 5 days late being sent due to a death in the family not that it's any of your business I which I apologies for this parcel being late sent. Lastly a level 3 eating means I didn't meet the swap requirements when I clearly did. Examples given was a bookmark or postcard. Your wrong to give me this rating. I guess this is what you get when you put in a little bit extra effort to make Christmas special for someone who writes they don't have much family around the holidays on their profile and not only did I send your daughter the butterfly box I sent you a bar of handmade soap because in your profile it says you clearly like handmade things. Shame on you!

Comment: Hi Kathryn, Unfortunately the envelope was ripped apart during mailing and I think only part of the items were there. I still rated you a 5 and heart bc it looks like what I was supposed to get was nice. I was able to save some of the embellishments. Thank you. See you next swap :)
