You marked sent on Nov 23 yet the postage on this envelope was printed at the post office on Dec 7. I would have given a 5 because you did let us know about your son being sick when they were supposed to be mailed and I do understand that family comes first. But when there is a difference of over 2 weeks between marked sent and actual send date that is why the 3.
