Comment: When I contacted you about the problem of the CD not being CD player ready there was no offer to remake the CD so that it met all of the requirments of the swap. This is very disapointing as the songs were good.
Response: Again, I'm really sorry. I should have offered you remake. I can remake you one on a new CD, but it's probably too late for that.
