Response: I contacted this user about shipping late and she agreed that it was okay but would rate a 1 until she received it. When I contacted for her address (swap was closed when I was ready to ship) she had gone inactive and never responded. I quit swapping for...well five years now...because I had a hard time find a swap that interested me with the "1" rating. :(
