Response: Hi Donna, glad you like them i dont normally draw out my ATC's but i was inspired by the theme ;) the clear stuff is called 3D Crystal Lacquer its really great i use it alot on my ATC's to make them pop. i can only find it at craft fairs and on etsy under suplies.
