Comment: I am also not a fan of water, can't swim... the ocean is super scary! But I did try to surf, kayak and boogie board one time... I don't know what I was thinking (I think because all of those items are buoyant maybe I was kidding myself that I couldn't drown). But my friend was a life guard and she made me feel safe. Probably won't do it again though... we have had more and more shark sightings.
