Description:

Image courtesy of deluxe.com, where you can buy this pretty card. Here is my annual public holiday card swap! It is modified this year, so here are the rules:
1. Only rated swappers with at least 3 package ratings and have been on swapbot for more than 60 days.
2. You will have 5 partners. You will send each of them one winter holiday card that you will make by hand. It will not be a computer-generated card! That will not suffice!
3. Store-bought cards are not allowed, although of course you will likely be using store-bought elements. You can use any paper or fabric crafting techniques to make the cards. The cards should be pretty and something you'd want to display in your home.
4. ANY holiday celebrated this time of year is acceptable as your theme! You may do Christmas, New Year, Chanukah, Kwanzaa, Festivus, or whatever you celebrate at this time. You may certainly use your own spiritual or religious themes in the cards. Everyone is to exercise their tolerance here in what they receive and enjoy the well wishes no matter what religion they come from. Let's all enjoy the variety of the spirituality that Swapbot has. You are not to make any remark here about what type of holiday card you will accept, nor are any of you to rate down if you get a card that isn't in line with your religious view. Tolerance is our watchword!
5. I will screen VERY carefully. If you flake, you will be outed on the PF and Swapbot Flaker group. It is lame to flake.
6. Late sending will result in a three. We want our cards before the holiday please! Sender's choice, you can begin crafting now!

I like this very much. I am going to change my profile to make it accepting of any or no faiths.

I love this idea! I have never received a card for some of the holidays you mentioned and kind of hope I end up getting some that I am not familiar with. I love learning about new cultures, languages, and foods. Now I hope to learn more about other faiths.

Thanks for hosting! :-)
