Description:

Remember seeing that PC from Russia made of borders from sheets of stamps. We did this before and got some really nice ones. Think of that BIG liberty bell on the forever stamp cover! Or those cowboy sheets! or any of the plain ones! Wow! So this one is far enough out that you can accumulate those pieces!! Find enough for 2 on whatever backing you want!!

Is the edges of the PC supposed to be only used stamps or??? Or is the entire 'front' of the PC supposed to be used stamps or ??? Does anyone have a 'sample' of one they made in the last swap on their Flickr or is there some place to look to make sure we make them right? Thanks ~~ You also state find enough for 2 but the swap partners reads 1.

Found the pic!WHEW! So you'll use those throw out borders that surround the stamp sheet!

Where is the pic you found? The sample on the swap page shows stamps right? The borders on my stamp sheers are boring white!

Nope! That's from Russia and their stamp borders! Try some 10 cent stamps. or the Send a Hello! forevers, or the Liberty Bell forevers, Or the flag forevers! Those borders are out there! Basically the waste of the sheet!
